Q: When are classes held?

A: Classes will be held every Wednesday, from 3:00 - 4:45 PM. The first class will be March 4 with the last class, a parent show-off, on May 6. The parent show-off will start at 5:00 PM.
Q: Where are the classes held?
A: Currently, the classes are scheduled to be in Room 122 (Mrs. Pellegrin), but may change.
Q: Do you post class pictures on social media?
A: We are usually too busy teaching, preparing for our next class, or keeping you, the parent, informed that we almost never post on social media. However, we do still ask for permission to post your child's picture should we find ourselves with the opportunity to share some class photos.
Q: What is included in the tuition fee?
A: All of the specially designed magic props are included, along with a Top Secret file folder that includes additional magic tricks and puzzles, a sport bag to carry their props in, an online Video Vault with full instructions on how to perform the tricks they learn in class and bonus tricks. Students that complete the full course receive a certificate and a special magic wand corresponding with the course they take.

Q: What grade levels can participate?
A: Although we give hands-on instruction to all of our students, some of the tricks do require some basic math and reading skills, so we limit our students to those in Second grade and up.
Q: How many courses are there?
A: We have four different courses, each identified by the color wand that is presented to students after the successful completion of the course. Purple, Green, Orange, and Blue. The courses are stand-alone and do not need to be taken in any special order.
Each course, while it teaches the same life lessons, uses different magic props. Any student that completes all four courses, also receives a special black wand.

Q: What are the Traits of a True Magician that are taught?
A: Each week we focus on one particular Trait, which is an important life lesson that is useful for everyone, not just magicians. The traits taught are Respectful, Prepared, Enthusiastic, Confident, Humble, Creative, Authentic, and Giving.
Q: Are any email or text reminders sent?
A: Each week an email is sent that updates parents on the particular trait we learned that week, photos of the students, the Key Code for the Top Secret Video Vault, and other important information. We do use the Remind app, especially when we are about to pack up and dismiss. Remind messages are received using Remind app notifications.
Parents can also use the Remind app to send messages to us. Helpful if a child is unexpectedly absent, had to check-out of school, or someone else will be picking them up.
